If there is something additional you would like to address, Heffron’s will send a site supervisor out to assess the
issue within twenty-four hours of your call. If the issue is an emergency we will correct it immediately
and if the problem is a non-emergency we will schedule a time to correct the issue and do it promptly; try to get that kind of service from any of our competitors.
